End of Life Care

At Woodside Hall Nursing Home we provide specialist end of life care for those who are suffering from a life-limiting illness. Our compassionate and caring team are on hand 24 hours a day to provide one-to-one support and care for those who need it. We advocate advanced care planning and always provide person-centred care.

Multi-disciplinary Care

We work very closely with other healthcare professionals as part of a multi-disciplinary team. This includes GP’s, consultants and hospice teams and we are always able to answer the ‘difficult questions’.

Support for Families

We understand that end of life care isn’t just for the resident but for the families too. This is why we make sure we are there to support relatives and friends who are finding it hard to cope. We offer reassurance and comfort during such a difficult time.

Experienced Nurses

Our experienced end-of-life nurses will support your loved one physically, spiritually and emotionally ensuring that their experience is as comfortable as it can be. ‘End of life’ is a part of everyone’s journey and our aim is to provide a peaceful and positive environment, delivering care and support with the utmost dignity and respect.
