Our Respite Care
Recover in Comfort
At Woodside Hall Nursing Home we provide respite care for clients who are recovering from an illness, operation or accident. We offer them a luxurious yet warm and friendly environment with a team of dedicated nurses and carers who are always on hand to help them make a full recovery. Woodside Hall Nursing Home will be their home away from home so whether they’re with us for a couple of days or a few weeks, we will always do our best to make our respite residents feel as comfortable as possible.
Personal Attention
All of our respite residents are given positive, friendly and understanding attention by staff and all of their individual preferences for daily living requests are taken into consideration.
Gentle Activities
Respite residents are welcomed to partake in our range of daily activities if they are able to, which gives them a great opportunity to build relationships with other residents and strengthen their social circle and mental wellbeing.
Individual Care Plans
Every respite resident has an individual respite care plan which takes into account their unique needs, interests and daily routines. With respite care clients, we take extra care in adapting to how they live at Woodside Hall Nursing Home, this is to reduce stress and anxiety which can come as a result of moving to new surroundings.
